Pre-Certification

Our pre-certification process can be customized to fit the needs of virtually any client. In general terms, we collect pre-specified information, house it in a database and generate reports. We can collect the information either telephonically and/or through a customized webpage. The collected information is then housed in a highly protected web-enabled database allowing authorized users remote access. Our database was developed to allow us customization capabilities in both the collection and reporting processes. Generated reports are sent via email, fax or postal mail.

We also use the pre-certification process as a means of red-flagging cases for patient management (criteria based on needs assessment).
